This internship role focuses on design, development, simulation, and troubleshooting of engineering solutions using industry-standard software tools.
Role Purpose: Design, develop, test, and optimize engineering models, simulations, and solutions as per client and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Development • Work on CAD, CAE, and related engineering software • Develop models as per project plans and customer specifications • Perform simulations (stress, impact, boundary condition analysis, etc.) • Create prototypes based on engineering drawings and CAD outlines • Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) • Optimize solutions through virtual simulations • Ensure software and tools are updated with latest features • Follow industry-standard SOPs and client requirements
Customer Support & Problem Solving • Fix defects raised by clients or integration teams • Develop verification plans and quality assurance procedures • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems • Deploy solutions and evaluate user feedback • Ensure compliance with project plans and industry standards
Reporting & Documentation • Prepare weekly and monthly client status reports • Maintain documentation repositories for design changes • Manage time-sheets • Provide written knowledge transfer and project history
